What is Vitamin D?
D vitamins are fat-soluble, which means that they are stored within the liver and other fatty tissues when they aren’t used and are secreted when the body needs them.

By combining Vitamin D + K2, we have two cooperating vitamins in an optimal combination. Both vitamins D and K contribute to strengthening the bone structure.
Vitamin K helps regulate how calcium is used in the body.
Vitamin D is important for the normal functioning of the immune system and muscles
Vitamin K also contributes to blood coagulation.
Turmeric has long been known for its healthy and antioxidant properties, and it is also a popular ingredient in anti-inflammatory diets and provides an extra boost to the immune system.
