What is Beta carotene?
Beta carotene is a precursor to vitamin A. The body can store beta-carotene and, if necessary, convert it to vitamin A. The body likes to store beta-carotene in fat tissue such as just under the skin, and high intakes of beta-carotene can lead to a color change and deeper color tone in the skin.

We have chosen Dunaliella salina, an algae, to get a maximized effect of beta-carotene.
Of all the carotenoids, beta-carotene from Dunaliella salina is the most prominent, accounting for 95% on a dry weight basis.
In order to then also get hydrated skin, Shine contains 35.6% hyaluronic acid which, together with beta-carotene, gives your skin a hydrated and perfect summer glow.
